Welcome Amanda!
My name is Amanda Sailors and I am coming here from Galt, California. I am currently a senior at CSU Chico majoring in Agriculture with an option in Crops and Horticulture. I studied abroad in Puntarenas, Costa Rica for four months in 2012. While I was there learned a little about organic agriculture through my professor. While studying abroad I feel in love with Costa Rica and it’s people. When I returned to the United States I decided that I wanted to combine my new love of Costa Rica and my future career in agriculture. I am excited for the opportunity to learn more about organic farming practices in a tropical environment.
