Welcome Emily!
My name is Emily and I am delighted to be spending my time in Costa Rica on Rancho Delicioso. I am originally from New Jersey, and have left a desk job in the United States to gain more knowledge about sustainable resource management and to help spread local farming knowledge to others. I don’t have much farming experience in this climate, so I am grateful for everything I have been taught already here. Making goat cheese has been my favorite experience so far, and I am sure there are more adventures to come!
